enchanting getaway

friendly service convenient location
the check-in process was smooth. I was able to safely store my luggage until my room was ready. the reception staff provided friendly service and were quite helpful with directions. i also found the location very convenient to nearby shops and restaurants.
I noticed that the bathroom looked a little dated. the bath and shower curtain seemed like they needed replacing. the water pressure in the shower was good.

the staff were friendly. location is GREAT for shops. It is close to the city center, restaurants, and theatres.
the parking situation is very poor. procedures need improvement. the attitude at the reception desk regarding parking inquiries seemed dismissive, i did not appreciate that.

fantastic central stay

organized dining room central location
I found the breakfast lovely and the dining room well organized. location was very central, it made exploring the city easy. i liked being able to leave my car there for some extra hours after checking out. That helped a lot.
the "free" wi-fi was really poor. the cleaner had not filled up some of the shower gels, and the plug had to be removed everytime i needed a shower because it would not operate properly. i told the staff but it was not resolved.

the staff were friendly and helpful. they looked after my wife's mobility scooter rather than have me put it in the car each night. staff were concerned about my wife and were always on hand offering assistance!
